The Autumn Angel

Ingredients:

1.5 oz.             Angels Envy Rye

0.5 oz.             Fresh Lemon Juice 

0.5 oz.             Maple Syrup

3 oz.                Apple Cider

1                      Cinnamon Stick

 

Preparation:

The Autumn Angel is prepared in a cocktail shaker with 8 oz. of ice.

First pour Angels Envy Rye, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, and Apple Cider in a 28-ounce cocktail shaker.

Shake ingredients for about 5 seconds.

Strain the shaken ingredients over fresh ice in a 9-10 oz. Rocks Glass.

Take Cinnamon Bark and apply it over the micro plane allowing the fresh cinnamon to coat the top surface of the cocktail like snowfall.

You want the cinnamon to hit the nose of the person drinking this cocktail, as their face gets closer to the cocktail.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick.  Enjoy!
